Tips for Good Health in Antarctica

Keep fit - there is a lot of hard work involved to being in being in Antarctica.
Make sure you eat to keep fit - if you do not get the calories you need your ability to work and think well may fall off noticeably in a few days.
Maintain a healthy attitude. Ideal psychological characteristics needed to cope with working in Antarctica, include:
Self-sufficiency
Tolerance
Co-operation (`Team Player')
