The Pacific is the biggest ocean. It is twice as big as the next largest ocean, the Atlantic. It also has the biggest waves and the deepest deeps. The Marianas Trench is in the Pacific, and at 10,911m in depth, it is the deepest point in any of the worlds oceans. It is so deep that if Mount Everest were sunk to the bottom of the Marianas Trench there would be still 2 km of water above its peak!
