Goldie Bear's Antarctic Adventure |
Goldie Bear is the mascot of Goldsmith Infant School in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Goldie loves to travel and has previously visited far away places like Australia . However, Goldie now faces his biggest adventure as he has joined the crew of HMS Endurance and will be going to Antarctica. How lucky can one small bear from Portsmouth be?
However, for Goldie make the most of his Antarctic challenge he will have to learn a lot about Antarctica, if he is to survive his trip there. The crew on HMS Endurance will be teaching him lots of things. However, we are going to give you the mission of completing our worksheets on Antarctica so that if Goldie has a problem in Antarctica, you will be able to help him, as you will have learnt all about Antarctica.
